This frequency allows clients to learn proper form and basics without becoming overly dependent on their trainers. It also provides ample rest time between sessions. Over time, many clients progress to meeting just once a week.
On the other hand, traditional session packets usually require a significant upfront payment, ranging between $1,000 to $6,000. While this might seem steep initially, it allows you to cover costs upfront and frees you from financial worries for a period. You can then schedule these sessions at your convenience, adjusting for busier weeks as needed. Typically, a packet of 20-30 sessions is an excellent start for this approach.
